If you have been loading airspaces, maps, waypoints normally so far, and suddenly an error is given, than there are good chances that the file became corrupted.

This can happen on PNAs after connecting the device to PC using an USB cable, or because the PNA was reset while LK was still running. This latter can happen if switching off the PNA while LK is running, and then the PNA run out of batteries.
